The finish doesn’t have to be exact or even the same manufacturer. Replacing the hinges is easy. You don’t even have to remove the door. Simply remove the top hinge with a screw driver or screw gun. Then put the screws through the new hinge in it’s place. Then repeat the process for the remaining hinges on the door. This will take only 10-15 minutes per door.
